Pre-production & Post Production Services

PSA-

We provide a variety of PSA options for your extruded rubber product. We work with several tape manufacturers that offer an extensive range of carriers and adhesive combinations to meet almost any application.

Cut to Length-

We provide post extrusion and in process cut to length services to assist you with your application. This is usually a fairly simple task but when done correctly and efficiently it can save you time and money by letting us handle your cut to length requirements.

Vulcanizing-

Regional Rubber uses the hot splicing/vulcanizing process to chemically bond two ends of rubber extrusion together. By creating an endless seal, the gasket is more impermeable to the elements. Regional Rubber provides several options for in house hot vulcanizing and cold vulcanizing of rubber extrusions. We vulcanize Silicone, EPDM, Nitrile, Neoprene and SBR in both dense and sponge materials

Material Recommendation-

Product design entails many critical decisions to achieve a successful outcome and material selection is in one of the most important factors in the design process. We offer custom compounding to meet ASTM D1056, ASTM D2000, ZZ-R-765, FDA, AND Mil-Spec requirements.

Color Matching-

We also provide custom color matching to industry standard Pantone colors. This service is available for both dense and sponge materials but is limited to certain polymers that work well for color matching.
