Rubber Extrusions, we are also able to
provide Custom Profile Rubber Extrusions to
meet your unique application. Regional Rubber provides custom rubber extrusions built to print in both solid and sponge materials.
A full range of compounds are available including EPDM, Neoprene, Nitrile, Silicone, SBR and Viton®. We offer standard commercial grade materials as well as custom compounded and color matched materials to meet ASTM D2000, ASTM D1056 and Mil-Spec requirements in sizes up to 15" wide.
Extruded and
Spliced Gaskets
Our fabrication department can provide
custom Extruded and Spliced Gaskets with
Cold and Hot Vulcanized seams to meet your
specific sealing requirements. We can
vulcanize one of our Standard Profile Rubber
Extrusions or a custom custom profile rubber
extrusion for your specific application.
From simple rings to complex door gaskets,
we have the experience and expertise to

Post
Production Services
In addition to Extruded and Spliced
Gaskets, we also offer several additional
post production services including, cut to
